Muslim Arrested By Love
Many Christians would like to know how to reach Muslims with the good news that Jesus loves them and can revolutionize their lives. But most Christians don’t know how to share Jesus with them in a way that will reach them. People often have feelings of suspicion or nervousness when they know that someone is a Muslim. Avoidance only serves to deepen the rift between the two groups which are so different.
Here is a compelling video that reveals what happened to a Muslim who was full of zeal for his beliefs and came to America to make Muslim converts. He was arrested by love!
After seeing this, we can wonder what would have happened to Kamal if the Christians with whom he came into contact had treated him with coldness, suspicion, or apathy? Would he have experienced this life saving encounter with God?
Let’s commit ourselves to showing God’s love through kindness and caring acts that will touch lives, helping to open the way for others to encounter Jesus Christ. Let’s pray for opportunities to share God’s love with those who hold Muslim beliefs. As we genuinely love, we can expect God to do miracles!
